Q: What technical support is available?

Our in-house tech team will be on-site during your event to assist with all key technical assets.

Q: What power supply is available?

We offer a robust power supply throughout the venue. Please contact our team to discuss your specific requirements.

Q: What accessibility measures do you have in place?

Our venue is fully accessible, with accessible toilets on both floors and an accessible bar on the Mezzanine level. Please note, we do not currently have an audio loop system.

Q: What does a hire include?

Our main space, HERE at Outernet, includes a 6K, 14x5m LED screen, state-of-the-art lighting rig, d&b sound system, multiple repeater screens, and three standard stage configurations. Upgrades and AV packages are available upon request.

Q: During my event will there be on-site staff to help with any issues?

Yes, we have a dedicated on-site team to ensure your event runs smoothly. Contact us for further details.

Q: What times are the spaces available for hire from?

Q: Can I use my own choice of catering company?

We work with a preferred list of caterers. Please contact us for introductions.

Q: Do some spaces link together?

HERE at Outernet's mezzanine and main floor are connected via the main staircase and accessible lift. The Now Building can be connected to either pop-up retail space; Now Pop 1 and Now Pop 2. There is also the ability to create continuous branded journeys around the Outernet district.
